6 Navy Room Ideas
Hiya and welcome back! I’m knee deep into the one room challenge and if you haven’t been following along, I’m redoing the pool house into my husbands office. You can follow along with the transformation here. I’ve decided I’m going to go with a navy room with white accents.
I want to incorporated our sports memorabilia we’ve collected, so we can have a modern sports themed office. However, if you’ve ever been to a paint store, you know there are about 50 shades of navy to choose from. So, to help me narrow it down, I asked my blog friends to share their navy rooms and they are gorgeous! I am so excited to get started and can’t wait to share it with you all.
The first room is this beautiful makeover from Tara over at Lehman Lane. I love this navy color, and she has a masculine, sports theme that this color is perfect for.
This elegant master bedroom is curtesy of Yuni over at Love Your Abode and it’s also beautiful. I love how she managed to make the navy so feminine and unique.
This is one of my most favorite girls rooms ever. Sharon from over at Pretty Practical Home has made this room so gorgeous and I love how she add teal accents and they work so well with the navy, I had no idea!
For a change from bedrooms, here is a beautiful office from Emily at Table and Hearth. I loved being able to see another office done in navy. Emily has also been able to take a feminine take on navy and it turned out so nice. I also loved being able to see the navy on the textured walls, since our walls have almost this same texture.
Sara over at Flourish and Knot is using navy in her Harry Potter themed baby girls room. I am so geeking out over this idea, I love that she did such a different and unique girls room.
And last, but not least Amy from over at My Life From Home redid her sons room into a beautiful sports-themed rustic boys bedroom. It’s fantastic!
So, which did I choose? Here’s a hint – two of these rooms are the same navy color so I went with that one. Mainly because I figured if two bloggers were happy with it, I would be too. Plus, when I saw it in the store it went great with my already-owned trim color. I’ll have more details Wednesday (hopefully) on my navy room home office and more.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
