Hall Bath Makeover – ORC Week 5

OH MY GOSH, you know how you think “oh, I’ve got this…no biggie” about certain things?  Well, that is not where I am right now.  I am stressing big time and can’t believe there is only one week left to get done.  It’s crazy madness around here and I am going to be working until next Wednesday at midnight on this hall bath makeover, I can just feel it.  Just in case you don’t know, I’m participating in a six week One Room Challenge sponsored by Calling it Home and it’s week five!!

WEEK 1

WEEK 2

WEEK 3

WEEK 4

FINAL REVEAL!!!

So, once again I don’t have too many pretty pictures to show you this week, but the good news is I did finish the tiling.  Tiling a shower is work.  I mean, I have never been so ready to be done with a project.  But, I’m not going to show it to you yet…that’ll have to wait for the big reveal next week. It turned out nice, though, so totally worth it (I think).

The other good thing that is done is I have a toilet.  We needed this thing back before our Halloween party on Monday night, otherwise, our guests would have to go through bedrooms and nobody wants to see that right now.  It’s funny how much we use this bathroom and didn’t realize it.

So, we have toilet, but no vanity yet, which means no sink.  And without a sink, we had to put up this fun little sign.

And here is a little sneak peak of the vanity.  Can you see where I’m going with this?

  1. I have been living without a sink in my master bathroom for way too long. My husband laughs at me because I have to go to the other bathroom for the sink. Hopefully soon that will no longer be the case! Good luck with the finishing.
